Shipping Methods

As a general rule, we use EMS for shipments to the United States, and Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport for domestic deliveries within Japan.

To ensure that orders are delivered safely and reliably, we use shipping methods that include tracking numbers.

Please note that delivery may be delayed and may not arrive within the specified delivery time due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier-related issues, traffic conditions (congestion, accidents, incidents, fires), natural disasters (earthquakes, tsunamis, typhoons, storms, etc.), and during peak periods such as Obon holidays and the year-end/New Year season.
